Wireless Bluetooth Keyboards - Don't Even Bother With The Others

By Im Gonnet

Bluetooth wireless technology offers a highly secure link to your keyboard and mouse, much more so then the older wireless keyboards, anyway up to 28 feetaway. It keeps you synced, saves you time, and simplifies your life in ways you've never imagined. I use laptops exclusively and never a desktop, and even I adore the flexibility a Bluetooth keyboard can give you!

The ergonomic aspects of the keyboard is one primary buying point.

Bluetooth technology is able to transfer a signal of over 10 meters distance. Wireless keyboards in general run on battery power and are reasonably heavy in their consumption, merely because they are generally used a lot of the time. With this in mind its best to get the rechargeable type batteries.

What about the capabilities of the Bluetooth wireless keyboard?

Why Bluetooth and not just go for infra-red ? Bluetooth is now standard for today's computers, and its a piece of cake to sync up various devices together, as we know.

Infra-red is very outdated now. Infra-red have a very short distance range capacity, and it also experiences a lot of radio interference.

The smaller size

Those who is looking for something smaller due to a cluttered work space or a limited working area should obviously think about a smaller sized keyboard. Keyboards can actually take up a fair bit of space and throw in the mouse and you do need a fair bit of room to play with.

Hot-keys

Hot-Keys opens certain helpful programmes on your computer. They save a mass of time and effort.

Because of the advances in battery life and advances in networking via wireless technology, very soon every single thing that requires a communication pathway to your computer (and back again) will be wireless.

Have a look at one of the best Bluetooth wireless keyboards

Rocketfish - Bluetooth Keyboard RF-ABTKB (can be used for PC or Apple) Technical Details - Bluetooth-enabled keyboard with a wireless radius up to ten meters - Low-profile, scissor-type keys provide crisp and responsive key strokes - One-touch access to multimedia functions - With rechargeable batteries, each cycle lasts more than 4 months This is what a recent buyer of the Rocketfish - Bluetooth Keyboard RF-ABTKB has to say... I had a few introductory networking trouble, it kept dropping out of sync. After a bit of research the problem was fixed. Other this minor early problem, I really adore this keyboard. I own both a PC and an Apple MacBook pro, and this keyboard works on both computers.
